Our in-house Engineering Team will then employ a broad range of skills and services which enable MTAG to develop designs suitable for manufacture by utilising project management, materials development, prototyping, testing (destructive and non-destructive) and stringent new product introduction processes which align to ISO9001 and other key industry specific quality accreditations.
Having access to portable 3D scanning and modelling technology, test-rigs, load sensors and full 3D CAD facilities, MTAG can develop composites design, materials selection, tooling and process design to meet the most demanding performance criteria. With decades of industry experience, MTAG can call upon a wealth of knowledge and skills to develop a proposal or idea into a ‘fit for purpose’ manufacturing process for low to high volume requirements.
