With decades of experience in the fabrication of large and complex mouldings for the leisure sector, MTAG Composites can deliver high quality parts suitable for a wide range of end uses from flotation tanks to ride-on toys, fairground ride panels to catering kiosks. Our use of portable 3D scanning equipment can digitally reproduce hand-crafted prototypes for mass production or digitally archive for reproduction at a later date.

Longer duration projects such as flotation/immersion pods for health clubs and spas benefit from dedicated production cells where repeatable quality can be achieved whilst keeping costs low. With all tooling made on-site, development of a product can be achieved quickly without the need for outsourced tool changes.

Short run items such as those found at theme parks and tourist destinations along the Lincolnshire coast and further afield with products such as themed catering kiosks being offered globally are also manufactured fully on site and can be delivered to their end user directly. In addition, MTAG have worked on the supply of novel electronic billboard units which can be found in the Middle East, electrical vehicle body panels, toys, slides and monorail/land-train bodywork.
